A request for the completion of country Background Papers has today been gmailed to all Country Representatives, with copies to Country Correspondents.  The Background Papers will inform the preparations currently in progress for this year's Conference in Malacca, Malaysia. Country Representatives are asked to submit their completed Background Papers to the CATA Secretariat by 31 July 2015.
