Commonwealth 70th anniversary celebrations

A garden party was held at Marlborough House - the Commonwealth Secretariat’s headquarters - to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the modern Commonwealth. The celebrations, which took place on 14th June, also featured an awards ceremony for winners of the Commonwealth Secretary-General’s Innovation for Sustainable Development Awards 2019. The party was attended by the Commonwealth Youth Ambassador, Prince Harry, who presented the awards and prizes to the winners.
