The OECD announced on 5th January 2021 that Barbados deposited its instrument of ratification for the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI) with the OECD on 21st December 2020. For Barbados, the MLI will enter into force on 1st April 2021.
