Round Table Conference on use of Information Technology in Tax Administrations
CATA in association with the British High Commission India, HMRC, The Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO), the Central Board of Direct Taxes, India and Wilton Park held a two-day round table conference under the theme “The use of Information Technology to drive efficiency and efficacy in Tax Administration”. The event, held at Wilton Park, Sussex, brought together tax administrators and policy experts from several Commonwealth countries.
The discussions centred on country experiences in their digital transformation journeys, the effective use of data and what the future tax administration would look like.
