ZRA Participates in the TADAT 10th Year Anniversary Conference
Officially launched in 2014, the Tax Administration Diagnostic Assessment Tool (TADAT) of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is a tool designed to objectively assess the health of key components of a country’s tax administration system. The framework is an internationally agreed standard of assessing the performance of tax administration using nine key performance outcome areas (POAs) that cover most functions, processes and institutions. Zambia was one of the pilot countries of TADAT in 2013, and so far, the country has undertaken two assessments, the first one in 2016 and a follow-up in 2022. Read full article here
