Handbook on cooperative compliance launched
A comprehensive guidebook on the implementation of cooperative compliance was recently launched by the WU Global Tax Policy Centre (GTPC) at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law. The publication is a culmination of work started in 2018 led by GTPC in cooperation with CATA and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The book draws input from diverse stakeholders and shares experiences of countries which have implemented this compliance model.
